How to Get Sky Sentinel

Bring a gem to Shimmering Sanctum, use it to reach Sky Island, activate the island waypoint and speak to the trainer. The recorded route requires 30 Offerings and five Angry Nimbus kills during rain. A September 9 recording also identifies a Cloud in a Bottle quest objective.

Sky Sentinel requirements

1 gem for Sky Island access, 30 Offerings for the trainer, and 5 Angry Nimbus kills during a rain event. Check the quest tracker for Cloud in a Bottle too: Deepshaken's September 9 recording identifies that objective as already complete because he has the item. Opening the Sky Island waypoint first prevents another gem trip if the weather is wrong.

Recorded beta requirements.

The route comes from September 6–9 gameplay, not a permanent developer table. The bottle objective is a single-recording observation; its drop source and whether the trainer consumes the item were not verified. Check the live quest before buying or trading for one.

Unlock route

  1. Prepare one gem and 30 Offerings. The gem is the observed travel payment at Shimmering Sanctum. The Offerings are the class requirement shown in the trainer route.
  2. Find Shimmering Sanctum. This labyrinth landmark contains a teleport obelisk and the NPC used in the recorded route. There is no dependable compass route from every maze entrance, so save the waypoint when you discover it.
  3. Give the nearby NPC a gem. Hold the gem and complete the interaction shown beside the Sanctum’s obelisk. The NPC sends you to Sky Island.
  4. Activate the Sky Island waypoint. Enter the small cave near the arrival area and use its obelisk. Do this before searching for the trainer; otherwise a disconnect or weather wait can force you to repeat the gem interaction.
  5. Find the trainer and accept the quest. From the cave waypoint, return outside and take the left-hand route shown in the video. The trainer is seated nearby. The recorded prompt checks 30 Offerings and assigns five Angry Nimbus kills.
  6. Defeat five Angry Nimbuses while it rains. Return to the Glade and wait for a rain event. Angry Nimbuses are reported to spawn around players there during rain. Night is not the trigger by itself, so changing the time of day will not replace the weather condition.
  7. Check the bottle objective and return to the trainer. In the September 9 progression recording at 3:20–3:34, the narrator reads the request for a bottled cloud, then identifies Cloud in a Bottle as already complete. If five kills do not finish your quest, check that second objective instead of repeating the rain event. Return to the trainer once every objective is complete and read the final payment prompt.

What the class does

Sky Sentinel is a sustained summoning class. The launch showcase names three tools: an icy movement attack, a guardian-summoning aura and a stomp that heals and strengthens active summons. The recorded pure-class passive adds summon damage, summon life and one summon slot, with a resistance penalty.

Ice SurgeAn icy dash with an area hit and observed slow.
Skyset GuardiansAn aura that calls guardian wisps.
Glacial BastionHeals active summons and temporarily improves their damage and resistance.
Pure-class passiveRecorded as +10% summon damage, +10% summon life, +1 summon and −10% resistance.

Those values are a launch-build reading and can change. A showcase boss time also depends on equipment and extra summons; it is not a baseline promise for the class.

Build fit

Gemhead is the cleanest race pairing in the current database because its bonuses also target summon damage and life. The tradeoff is concentration: neither the class nor the race fixes your own resistance penalty. Keep a personal recovery option and do not mistake healthy summons for a safe player health bar.

Community evidence rechecked September 10, 2026: Red’s Sky Sentinel showcase and trainer route, plus paidcn’s all-class capture at the Sky Sentinel section, support 30 Offerings and the Sky Island trainer. Original English captions from Deepshaken's September 9 progression add the bottled-cloud objective at 3:20–3:34 and a return to the trainer later in the run. This new objective is not independently confirmed; weather rules and skill values remain beta mechanics.
